Summer Rates: May to Sept - $165/month Winter Rates: Dec. to April - $300                                          
Yearly Rates: $650 with water "Summer" (use my facilities)
                       $860 with Sewer & Water 

Hunters Special - November 1-30
$250/month or $91/week

All sites individually metered, you pay for additional electricity if 
electric heat or air conditioners are used.
Rates are based on a family of two adults and two children.
Each additional person will be charged $5.00 per night.
